Was your last real estate agent Quality Service Certified? Do you know of any who are?

Keith Hughes is one of the few Realtors who have taken his level of professionalism and commitment to his clients to the ultimate level of accountability. Being certified by QSC Corp., the leading, fully independent 3rd party service organization makes him 100% accountable to his clients. After everything else isn’t this what all consumers deserve?

Thanks for looking for more information on why I would be the best choice to represent you in your next real estate transaction. My value to you is representing you and negotiating for you.

I will leave this information with you so that when we next speak we can focus on you, your property and how you will know that you will always get the best deal you could; without giving away any of your money, or leaving any of your money on the table.

What can you expect? The truth – always. There are occasions in real estate that things don’t go as hoped, but I will always be there for you protecting your best interests and putting you first (even before the sale) with the highest ethical standards. As a member of the NAR and CAR I am privileged to use the designation REALTOR because I have also, chosen to abide by a formal set of professional rules to protect you and your assets.

My business & engineering background – I am high energy, analytical, and detail oriented. My career evolved from technical design to the fast lane of an entrepreneur – I discovered that I was more of a people person than a numbers person.

Sales & Marketing. I looked for deal-making opportunities, a fast paced career, and co-developed on of the first computerized products for Realtors back in the heady days of 1982! That led me into a career in the still nascent PC market.

International business. I spent the following 20 years honing my negotiating and marketing skills in product development, technology and venture capital financing, and distribution of consumer hardware & software in international markets. I was dealing with corporate management, large accounts, and software developers. With a young growing family I decided to leave the corporate lifestyle & look for a more family-compatible business closer to home.

I enjoy giving back to my community and spending more of my personal time with my family. My best career choice ever was real estate sales. But it’s my previous experience that keeps me a step ahead!

Committed to giving back to my profession – member of the Board of Directors of MLSlistings.com (previously RE-Infolink)  serving 12,500 local Realtor subscribers.   Member of Board of Directors of the San Jose Realtors Association Director of the CAR California Association of Realtors representing the SCCAOR (Santa Clara County Association of Realtors) Committed to professional growth and ongoing education – Making sure you get access to all the latest market trends and new laws.

I am now one of the few agents with the QSC designation Committed to client satisfaction û QUALITY SERVICE CERTIFIED. See attached Guarantee Committed to my community – Graduate of Local Community Leadership Program 2000, Community youth sports coach since 1994, Licensed CYSA Soccer Coach, Stanford Mini-Rugby Coach, Licensed USARugby coach My value to you?

Marketing & Negotiation Marketing – A Marketing Plan that ensures that you will you know that you got the highest possible price? Negotiation – Representing you and negotiating for you? Making sure that you have not left any money on the table.

My commitment to you? – You pay me nothing until you get what you want. What do I expect? I want to do such a great job for you that you will tell everyone that you know about me. I cannot afford to do just an average job. I am fully committed to your real estate needs and without good client-referrals I have no future business. I want to be in your (real estate) life forever.
